De*WriteSites website services are meant to be one of many sources of self-directed information regarding website design and content marketing for solopreneurs in private practice. Nothing provided herein nor in any contracted services provided as presented herein should be construed as a substitute for your responsibility to educate yourself on best practices for websites and client attraction marketing content.

When you visit this website you are responsible for any actions you choose to take based on the insights and understandings you acquire from the information provided. Nothing in any of the De*WriteSites services or business and marketing practice ideas should be construed as a guarantee, promise, prediction, or contract for any particular outcome.

Limits of Privacy
Your confidentiality related to questions and dilemmas pertaining to your private practice marketing situation is guaranteed to the extent possible for transactions occurring on the internet and through email. Due to my training as a therapist, I do not discuss my clients' marketing struggles in any identifying way. Nor are De*WriteSites services covered under any mandated reporting law.
By contracting with De*WriteSites to design a website for you, you thereby give inherent permission for a screen shot of the homepage of your website to appear in the portfolio collection of work produced by Deah Curry and De*WriteSites. Not all website design clients will find their site displayed, and displayed sites may be removed at any time.
Gathered Information
In order to communicate with you, your name and email address, and possibly your phone number will be collected and maintained. If you have purchased a service, or taken the Wix Arena Survey in preparation for becoming a client, any necessary personal data will be kept on file for about a year. Such information is purged from my hard drive within 2 or 3 years if further services have not been requested. Your information is held as a sacred trust, and is never sold, given, traded or otherwise provided to any 3rd party merchants. When you make payment with PayPal, your financial information is not accessible to me other than the fact that the transaction has been successfully added to my account. At no time do I have access to your credit or debit card information, or bank account.
Testimonials
Clients and purchasers of De*WriteSites services are free to breach their own privacy boundaries if you desire to provide a testimonial about my services. You are also free to offer a testimonial under a pseudonym if you have concerns about being publicly identified. I will support your decision to empower yourself either way.
Should you decide to use your own identity for a testimonial, I cannot be responsible for any negative feedback you might receive from your family, friends, or community, but I will be happy to consult with you on how to handle it.
